I think you should dedicate one for G. Bush and co. instead. With good intention or not, he has been responsible for death of millions and tarnishing the image of America around the world.
I see him in your blog by proxy with some of the dictators.

Call me crazy, but I think the 2 term limit on the US Presidecy is enough to disqualify GW from being mentioned among the likes of Stalin, Mao Zedong, Kim Jong-Il, etc. Oh, and never mind a Congress run by an opposition party that has the ability (but not necessarily the will) to check Presidential power.
True dictators held power with no end in sight --- short of their own death or some insurgency.
Frankly, calling our current president a dictator does a disservice to the true tyrants in the world history. Let's not go overboard here...
Definition of a Dictator : a ruler with complete and unrestricted power.
My point is don't overfeed a kid and call him a fatty.
we seem to have unhealty correlations to proping up the dictators that are on the list.
